I need consistency. I need a schedule. I need something that I know I'm going to end my day with and use this to reflect on the good that has happened to me that day.
Too often, I find myself drifting off to sleep consumed by the things that stressed me out. It makes for a fitful sleep and then I wake up not feeling rested and still feeling overwhelmed.
So here's my answer to that. Taking a page from my online friend (well I consider her a friend, though we've never actually spoken), I'm going to do a daily post about the good things that came from that day.
